1. Heap 과 Stack

a. Heap

대부분의 객체는 오래 살지 못한다.

• New Space
  • 자주 GC 됨
• Old Space
  • 사용자 세션, 캐시, 영구적인 상태정보 등등

b. Stack

• LIFO

2. 사용량 모니터링

process.memoryUsage() process.memoryUsage() 을 사용합니다.

• rss (Resident Set Size): The total memory allocated to your process, including heap and other areas.

  rss (레지던트 세트 크기): 힙 및 기타 영역을 포함하여, 해당 프로세스에 할당된 총 메모리 양입니다.

• heapTotal: The total memory allocated for the heap.

  heapTotal : 힙에 할당된 총 메모리 양입니다.

• heapUsed: The memory currently in use within the heap.

  heapUsed : 힙 메모리 영역에서 현재 사용 중인 메모리입니다.

• external: Memory used by external resources like bindings to C++ libraries.

  external : C++ 라이브러리와의 연동과 같은 외부 리소스들이 사용하는 메모리입니다.
